The second Soccer Camp wrapped up this week with smiling faces, as kids from across the Island came together to learn, play, and enjoy the spirit of the game.
A big thank you goes to Pagewood-Botany Football Club for helping coordinate the event, especially to the incredible volunteer coaches who once again gave their time and energy to inspire our young players.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Leanda Lei for sponsoring the camp and kindly providing accommodation, to the Lord Howe Island Board for the use of the oval, and to the Bowling Club for hosting our end-of-camp presentation.
It was wonderful to see the kids learning new skills, working as a team, and having a great time out on the field. With a bit of luck, we’ll be able to bring the camp back again next year!
